Meet the authors:
Robert H. McDonald - is the Webmaster and English Literature Specialist at Auburn University Libraries. He is currently looking at ways to market library services to his "bits and bytes"" customers.
Cindy Mitchell - is the manager of InfoQuest - the Auburn University Libraries' fee-based research office.
JoAnn Sears - is a Science and Technology Reference Librarian at Auburn University Libraries. She is currently planning a Chemical Literature Class for Spring Semester 2000.
